Helping you design success!
You don’t need to be an executive to benefit from a business coach. A professional coach can help you learn about yourself and your potential, help you set and clarify your goals, overcome burnout, and partner with you in areas where you would like to increase effectiveness or optimize performance.
As a coach, my job is to be a facilitator to your talents, not to be the source of them.
Holly Phillips Konopka
I am certified through Rutgers University as a Leadership Coach for Organizational Performance and hold a ACC certification from the International Coaching Federation.
After graduating from the University of Missouri, I spent 20 years of my career in ascending levels of Human Resources management. Many of these years were spent at a global software development company. It was an exciting and rich environment to learn as I watched this relatively modest sized company grow, go public, and dominate in the telecommunication and managed services space. I consulted and coached leaders of all levels and in many varied professional challenges.
I took a big risk and leap of faith in 2014 when I moved my family across the country and purchased a small company which has been very successful. I built and coached my leadership team to a revenue growth from 1.5 Million in 2014 to 15 Million in Revenue in 2022.
The next chapter in my career is doing what I love, and where my best talents lie. Helping all professionals, from new graduates to executives reach their goals, find balance, and generally improve the quality of their personal and professional lives.
