In a coach/client relationship, YOU hold the agenda. As a coach my job is not to dictate your path or determine your goals. You determine the destination. My role as coach is to pull the best ideas from your experience and help you implement those solutions that work for YOU. 

 The following are common examples of areas where coaching can benefit you. This is not an exclusive list- we can tailor our sessions to your specific objective.

• Career coaching:  Overcoming  challenges regarding job search/ career roadblock/ change.
• Conflict resolution: Difficult relationships are inevitable. We will work to identify your unique path through.
• Burn out: Are you stuck? Overwhelmed?  Not sure what path to take? Let me help you evaluate your options.
• Work/ Life balance:  This balance is an individual dance. Solutions vary from person to person. Let’s find the solution that brings more balance to your life.

All individual client sessions begin with an introductory meeting. This introductory meeting and your first coaching session are charged as one session.

This package is designed for organizations looking to establish a coaching relationship for leaders and key contributors of all levels. The ideal candidate has substantial growth potential in your organization and would benefit from some strategic development in one or more areas. This package includes:

• Introductory meeting 
• Explorative 360 interviews with colleagues/ managers/ direct reports to collect information on how the leader is perceived
• Leadership Assessment Tool
• Individualized analysis of information collected from the assessment and the 360 interviews
• Goal setting
• Specialized Goal oriented coaching sessions every two weeks for three months 
• Results from final review meetings with colleagues/ managers/ direct reports to gauge changes and improvements
